In this week’s episode, we continue our fantastic conversation with Doug Marshall, author of “Mastering the Art of Commercial Real Estate Investing.” The discussion further unravels as James and Doug discuss the professionals needed in order to close a real estate transaction, how there may be a conflict for some brokers who want to invest in property themselves and the different levels of investors and what each one entails. Doug also explains a very important point that is detailed in his book about how successful investors need the right vision before buying any type of property.
